Chedai LLC ("we") operates chedai.dev, an informational site. This policy describes what little we collect, plainly.
Who we are. Chedai LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@chedai.dev; a postal address is available on request. We operate from the United States, and any data described here is processed there.
What we collect. The site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies set by us, and no analytics trackers. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to serve and secure the site, as our service provider. If you email us at contact@chedai.dev, we receive what you send, including your email address, and use it to respond and manage our correspondence.
What we do not do. We do not sell or share personal information, run advertising, or track you across sites. We do not respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals, because we do not perform the tracking those signals are designed to limit.
How long we keep it. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete it. Technical log data is retained by Cloudflare according to its own configured retention periods, not ours.
Legal basis, where the GDPR applies. Where the GDPR applies, we process limited technical and correspondence data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing this site and in communicating with those who contact us. You have the right to request access to your data, and its correction, deletion, or restriction; to portability where the processing is based on your consent or on a contract; and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. You have the right to object at any time to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests. Given how little we hold, most requests resolve to the emails you have sent us.
Rights under US state privacy laws. Where an applicable US state privacy law grants you rights over personal information, you may contact us to exercise them and we will honor any right that applies to you, without discrimination.
Scope. This policy covers visitors to this site. Commercial engagements are governed separately by the applicable agreement, including confidentiality and any data-processing terms. We do not use correspondence as training data.
Changes. We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
